Welcome to the Terms & Conditions of beREEL.pro.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Questions about this document can be sent to the contact details at the end.

1. Who we are

We operate beREEL.pro — an AI-powered social video platform that helps teams create, edit, schedule, and publish on-brand short-form content.

Our identification details:

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Definitions

Organization
The customer entity that registers on the Platform, creates a workspace, and manages billing, members, and brand settings. If you belong to an Organization, these Terms apply to you as a User of that Organization.
User
An individual who registers or is invited to an Organization’s workspace to create content, manage the library, connect channels, or use other Platform features.
Account
The credentials and profile information used to sign in to the Platform, including email/password or Google sign-in.
Platform Content
All material created, uploaded, configured, or processed through the Platform, including: product photos and videos, brand assets, Company DNA, generated reels and stills, captions, voice tracks, stickers, calendar posts, integration tokens, chat and generation prompts, and any other content tied to your Organization’s use of the Platform.
Company DNA
The brand profile extracted or edited in the Platform from your website, uploaded assets, and onboarding answers — including tone, audience, visual style, and product context used to steer AI generation.
Our Services
The software and features we make available through beREEL.pro, including AI video and image generation, Reels Studio, the media library, publishing calendar, social channel integrations, analytics, team workspaces, plan entitlements, and the credit wallet.
Platform
The beREEL.pro website, web application, APIs (where enabled on your plan), and related infrastructure through which Our Services are delivered.
Privacy Policy
The document that explains how we collect and use personal data. It forms part of this Agreement. See our Privacy Policy.
T&C / Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, including any policies referenced here.
Third-Party Services
External providers integrated into or reachable from the Platform, such as payment processors, AI model providers, social networks, and analytics APIs.

3. What we offer

beREEL.pro is a SaaS platform for on-brand social video at scale. Organizations set up a workspace, define their brand through Company DNA, generate short-form video and still content with AI, refine it in Reels Studio, store outputs in the Library, and optionally schedule or publish to connected social channels.

Each Organization operates in its own workspace with its own members, assets, integrations, and plan limits. Data for one Organization is not exposed to other customers except where required to operate shared infrastructure securely.

3.1 Core features

Company DNA & onboarding
We crawl public pages from your website (when you provide a URL) and combine that with your inputs to build a brand profile used across generation, templates, and creative recommendations.
AI generation
The Platform can produce portrait short-form video, still images, captions, voice narration, and related assets using configured AI providers. Outputs are influenced by your prompts, catalogue selections, reference media, and Company DNA.
Reels Studio
A creative workspace to compose, edit, caption, sticker, and export reels and related assets before publishing or downloading.
Library
Storage for generated and uploaded media, organized for reuse across projects and channels.
Calendar & publishing
Schedule posts to connected social accounts where integrations are available and enabled on your plan. Publishing is subject to each network’s own rules, APIs, and account permissions.
Integrations
Connect social channels where integrations are available and enabled on your plan (availability may vary by plan, region, and integration status). Some integrations require OAuth or credentials you or your Organization provide.
Analytics
Where enabled on your plan, view performance metrics for published content based on data returned by connected platforms and stored in your workspace.
Team & workspaces
Invite members, manage roles, and — on eligible plans — run multiple workspaces under one Organization.

3.2 Plans, credits, and entitlements

Access to features and usage limits depends on your Organization’s plan (for example Free, Pro, or Max) and its entitlements. Limits may include monthly video generations, editor jobs, storage, connected channels, schedules, team seats, and access to premium looks, 4K output, or advanced analytics.

Some actions consume credits from your Organization’s wallet. Credits may be granted at signup, monthly on paid plans, or through promotions such as the referral program. Credit balances, grants, and consumption rules are shown in the Platform and may change as we update plan configuration.

Paid plans are billed through a third-party payment processor. Subscription status, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed in your Organization settings unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3.3 Referral program

Where offered, Organizations may share referral links. Credits or other rewards are granted only according to the program rules displayed in the Platform (for example, after a referred Organization completes a qualifying paid invoice). We may modify or discontinue the program at any time.

3.4 Features in development

Some areas of the Platform — such as certain integrations, automations, or API access — may be labeled as coming soon, beta, or waitlist-only. We do not guarantee availability or continued support for preview features.

4. Using the Platform

4.1 Eligibility and account security

By using beREEL.pro you represent that:

  • You meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use online services, or you have valid parental consent where required.
  • Information you provide at registration is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Your Account credentials are personal and confidential. Do not share them or allow unauthorized use.
  • You will notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Your Organization’s owners and admins may invite, suspend, or remove Users according to their internal policies and Platform permissions.

4.2 Your content and responsibilities

Platform Content is created, uploaded, or approved by your Organization and its Users. You and your Organization remain responsible for:

  • Having the rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use uploaded assets (logos, product photos, music, likenesses, trademarks, etc.).
  • Ensuring generated and published content complies with applicable law, advertising standards, platform community guidelines, and disclosure rules (including sponsorship and AI-generated media labels where required).
  • Reviewing AI outputs before download, publication, or commercial use. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, off-brand, or unsuitable for your audience.
  • Content you publish through connected social accounts. We act as a tool provider; you control what goes live on third-party networks.

We process Platform Content to deliver Our Services. We do not guarantee that any output will be error-free, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.

4.3 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Break any law or third-party terms, including social network policies and intellectual property rules.
  • Upload or generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative material.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with a brand, person, or Organization.
  • Send spam, run unauthorized scraping, or collect personal data you are not entitled to use.
  • Probe, disrupt, or overload the Platform or connected systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or plan entitlements.
  • Resell or sublicense Platform access except as explicitly allowed by your plan or a written agreement with us.

We and your Organization may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these rules or creates risk for us, other customers, or Third-Party Services.

4.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on Third-Party Services, including but not limited to:

  • AI and media providers for generation, editing, transcription, and voice.
  • Payment processors for subscription billing and checkout.
  • Social platforms for OAuth, publishing, and metrics where you connect accounts.
  • Infrastructure and email providers that host and operate the application.

Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for Third-Party Services, their outages, pricing changes, content policies, or data handling — except as described in our Privacy Policy for integrations we configure on your behalf.

Connecting a social account grants the Platform only the permissions needed for the features you enable (such as publishing or reading post metrics). You can disconnect integrations from your settings where supported.

5. Fees, payment, and renewal

Free plans may be offered with limited entitlements and no subscription charge.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period through our third-party payment processor until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and that processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees, taxes where applicable, and any add-ons you purchase.

  • Prices and plan features are shown at checkout and in your Organization settings. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice as required by law or as stated in the Platform.
  • Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations take effect according to the flow shown in billing settings (for example, at the end of the current period for scheduled downgrades).
  • Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Unused credits or entitlements do not convert to cash.
  • Failed payments may lead to restricted access until the balance is resolved.

Referral rewards, signup credits, and promotional grants have no cash value, are non-transferable outside the Platform rules, and may expire or be revoked if obtained through abuse or error.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

No professional advice. beREEL.pro does not provide legal, marketing, compliance, or financial advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content in your business.

AI limitations. Generative AI can produce unexpected, biased, or incorrect results. Always review outputs before relying on them, especially for public-facing or regulated use.

Availability. We aim to keep the Platform reliable, but interruptions, maintenance, model changes, and third-party outages can occur. Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform or Third-Party Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or this Agreement is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our property

The Platform software, design, documentation, beREEL.pro branding, catalogue looks (except your licensed inputs), and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license below.

7.2 License to you

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and your plan entitlements, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Platform and use Our Services for your Organization’s internal and external marketing purposes, as permitted by your plan.

7.3 Your content

As between you and us, you retain ownership of Platform Content you upload or create, subject to third-party rights in underlying materials. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Platform Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support Our Services — including running AI models, generating derivatives you request, storing files in your Library, and publishing to channels you connect — in line with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your Platform Content does not infringe third-party rights.

7.4 Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback about the Platform, we may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may update features, plans, integrations, models, and these Terms from time to time. When we change this Agreement, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email, in-app notice, or banner before material changes take effect.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Platform and cancel any paid subscription according to billing settings.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms or applicable law.
  • Your use poses security, legal, or operational risk.
  • We must do so to comply with law or a request from a competent authority.
  • Fees are overdue and not cured within a reasonable period.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Organization owners or admins may cancel paid subscriptions through billing settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends, though sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

We may retain or delete Platform Content after termination according to our data retention practices and Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before canceling.

10. Personal information

We process personal data — such as name, email, authentication details, billing identifiers, usage signals, and integration metadata — to provide and secure the Platform.

For workspace content and member data tied to an Organization’s account, your Organization is typically the data controller for how that content is used in its business, and we act as a data processor when handling it on the Organization’s instructions to deliver Our Services.

Details on categories of data, legal bases, retention, subprocessors (including AI and social providers), and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. General provisions

Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect with a valid replacement that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Governing law

Language
If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version controls in case of conflict unless local law requires otherwise.

12. Acceptance and contact
